Cine Paris originally produced Confessions as a soap opera for the Internet. As a website, the Confessions soap earned critical praise and fans in 22 countries around the world who logged on daily to follow the experiences of the ensemble cast drawn from the Cine Paris Repertory Company.

The show is set in the fictional community of Briarwood, where California's most famous and affluent citizens make their homes. The list of characters includes a Supreme Court justice's daughter, her amoral husband who is vying for a seat in the U.S. Senate, and any number of people who can tie the two of them to the murder of an undercover police officer.

Confessions is currently on hiatus from the Internet, as Cine Paris is planning to televise the series.
