Garage Sale is a madcap comedy about Frederick Steinkamp, the owner/manager of a small West Hollywood apartment building.

His tenants range from members of organized crime, free-lance nuclear physicists, alternative-music producers and an assortment of hard-to-define Hollywood "wannabe's."

When they fall behind in their rent, Frederick's solution is to murder them and sell their possessions at his weekly garage sale.

Produced by Cine Paris, this 90-minute feature
was written and directed by Kathi Carey.

The actors were cast from within the Cine Paris Repertory Company
with roles being written specifically for the Signature™ of each actor.
