Terminal Velocity is a story of betrayal and treachery within a loosely-organized criminal gang on the West Coast.

Carter, a central figure in the gang, finds his world coming apart when former allies turn on him and every moment becomes a desperate fight for survival.

The action stretches from Bel Air to the California desert.
